Grand View Lodge's Glacial Waters Spa is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic services tailored to each guest's needs, helping them relax, recover, and feel cared for.

You will work in a resort spa environment at Grand View Lodge, requiring a Minnesota license and 1–2 years of spa or resort experience. Weekends and holidays availability is expected, with a focus on guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota Massage Therapist license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of experience in a spa, hotel, resort, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong product and service knowledge, including retail offerings.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; guest-focused.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage services tailored to guest preferences and goals.
• Follow massage protocols and contribute ideas for new services.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness per Minnesota licensing and resort protocols.
• Adhere to cleaning/disinfection protocols between guests.
