Grand View Lodge is seeking a licensed Esthetician to deliver high-quality skin and body care services on a part-time basis at Nisswa, MN. Training will be provided, and a sign-on bonus is available based on scheduling availability.

Qualified candidates are customer-focused, communicate well, and remain professional with guests. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support peak seasons and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Esthetician license in good standing is required.
• Strong guest-focused service mindset and professional presence.
• Willingness to learn and grow within spa protocols.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality skin and body care services meeting standards and guest satisfaction.
• Learn, master, and apply spa treatment protocols and product lines with thorough training.
• Personalize services by listening to guest needs, goals, and contraindications.
• Conduct guest assessments and apply proper techniques based on health considerations.
• Maintain pristine treatment rooms and equipment; follow sanitation protocols between guests.
• Restock linens and products at shift start/end to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Be a positive, collaborative presence, upholding company culture and team standards.
• This is a resort role requiring availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
