Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist for The West Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. You will join a Hibiscus Spa team delivering high-level massage and body treatments, reporting to the Spa Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements include a current Cayman license, 2+ years of massage experience, accreditation, skin care training, anatomy & physiology knowledge, and strong guest-service skills. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• A current Massage therapy/body treatment license required to practice in Grand Cayman.
• Minimum 2+ years working experience as Massage therapist or related field.
• Graduate from an accredited school of massage therapy.
• Hospitality experience additionally required.
• Skin Care Training required.
• Must be qualified in full Anatomy & Physiology of the body.
• Strong guest relations/customer service experience required.
• Ability to perform all types of massages including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Reflexology.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Performing all Spa services in a safe and professional manner.
• Maintain ample inventory of products and equipment and inform supervisor of low stock.
• Keep a neat and orderly work area aligned with high facility standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapist position and market trends.
• Answer questions about products and services offered within the Spa facility.
• Ensure punctuality for all appointments.
• Be enthusiastic, honest, efficient and professional in appearance.
• Possibly perform other duties as business needs demand.
