Job summary

The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Beach Ambassador. This outdoor, guest-facing role delivers exceptional service, ensures safety, and maintains a pristine beach and pool environment year-round.

You will greet guests, manage rules and equipment, assist with rentals and concessions, monitor safety, and perform light maintenance. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service are preferred; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services & Interaction — Welcome guests, explain rules, answer inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
• Safety & Compliance — Monitor beach and pool areas; coordinate with lifeguards; enforce safety protocols.
• Facility Maintenance & Upkeep — Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance to keep areas pristine.
• Cleaning & Organization — Restock supplies, maintain restrooms, organize equipment.
• Rentals & Concessions — Assist with chair/umbrella rentals and on-site F&B sales following health standards.
• Operational Support — Support lifeguards, assist with light pool maintenance, operate mobility equipment when needed.
