The role requires knowledge of Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy and other modalities, with a focus on guest education and satisfaction. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution.
• State or local licensure (if applicable).
• Previous experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a spa or hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with guests prior to treatments, assessing massage preferences and health concerns.
• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy and other massages as requested.
• Maintain health, hygiene and safety protocols in the spa environment.
• Provide excellent guest service and follow up on guest feedback.
