Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional Massage Therapist for on-call shifts in our spa suite. You will provide high-quality treatments, ensuring guest relaxation and adherence to Omni standards.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining sanitation, and communicating product benefits while delivering personalized service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Current State Massage License.
• 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Must meet standards of appearance and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Set up treatment rooms according to procedures and dispose of laundry on a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Ensure all professional stock is used in compliance with PAR levels to reduce product waste.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures are followed.
• Relay product and service benefits to clients with confidence.
• Attend required department training and meetings.
• Perform other duties requested by management.
