Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests to rest and relax.
• Set up treatment rooms per procedures and manage laundry timely.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Use professional stock in compliance with PAR levels to reduce waste.
• Begin and end treatments on time and follow all treatment procedures.
• Explain product and service benefits to clients with confidence.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
