Position: Full-time, with Bonus Structure & Benefits

About Us: We are a high-end luxury Day Spa/Med Spa with Boutique at Waterside Place in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, committed to providing exceptional experiences for our clients. We are seeking a Spa Manager to join our dynamic team and help take our business to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment, has a passion for sales, and can lead a team with professionalism and care. A strong appreciation for fashion and style is key, as you’ll also be representing our luxury brand and promoting our boutique offerings.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & New Business Acquisition: Drive sales in both the spa and boutique areas, ensuring monthly sales goals are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for actively acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base through effective networking, promotions, and outreach. A proven track record of bringing in new business and growing client relationships is essential.
  • Client Scheduling & Pre-booking: Manage the scheduling of clients for their spa packages and services, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Demonstrated success in pre-booking clients and ensuring repeat visits is a must.
  • Team Management & Support: Managing a team of up to 20 employees. Help foster a positive, high-performance environment by providing support and constructive feedback. Lead weekly and monthly team meetings to ensure goals and expectations are clearly communicated and met.
  • Training & Development: Oversee training for new staff in both front and back-of-house operations. Attend training and promotional events as needed to stay current with industry trends and elevate the team’s performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Represent the company and the brand, always, providing an elevated experience for every client. Be proactive in promoting the spa’s services and products both in and outside of the business location.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Sales & Client Acquisition Success: You have a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a luxury spa/med spa environment and a proven track record for acquiring new clients and driving business growth.
  • Passion for Fashion & Style: You have a natural sense of style and a passion for the fashion industry, which you use to help promote our boutique offerings and create an elevated experience for clients.
  • Leadership Skills: You can manage and motivate a team, offer constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of service.
  • Organized & Efficient: You excel at managing multiple tasks, such as scheduling, sales tracking, and managing team responsibilities, while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Poised & Professional: You can handle client and staff challenges with diplomacy and tact, always representing the brand with poise and professionalism.
  • Flexibility: Regular schedule is Tuesday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour break and Saturdays 9:30 - 6:30 with an hour break. The ideal candidate will be flexible and make themselves available as needed for events and other needs of the business.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Base Salary plus a competitive bonus structure tied to sales goals and new client acquisition. Our compensation package is inclusive of base salary, monthly bonus, and annual bonus.

Required Schedule:

  • Work Schedule:Regular schedule is Tuesday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour break and Saturdays 9:30 - 6:30 with an hour break. The ideal candidate will be flexible and make themselves available as needed for events and other needs of the business.
