Hand & Stone is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to lead a team of service professionals in a fast-growing spa location in Austin. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting while driving guest satisfaction and retail sales.

The ideal candidate has spa management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for wellness. This full-time role offers competitive pay with commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous spa or salon management experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
