Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a motivated Lead Spa Associate in Mesa, Arizona, to lead front desk operations and support recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and enjoy promoting memberships, services, and retail products.

This position provides opportunities for sales, leadership, and community engagement while contributing to a positive and team-focused spa culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Leadership, recruiting, scheduling, or spa experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using scheduling and POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while promoting memberships, services, and retail products.
• Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals.
• Support daily spa operations, opening/closing procedures, and front desk leadership.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including applicant outreach and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate staff schedules and help maintain appointment availability.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations.
• Represent the spa at career fairs and networking events.
• Help create a positive, team-focused culture.
