Hand & Stone Franchise Corp in Peoria, AZ is seeking an upbeat Sales Associate & Spa Experience Ambassador who can connect with customers, educate them about memberships, and deliver friendly, professional service.

Previous retail or membership sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell memberships, gift cards and retail items; must meet membership sales quotas.
Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
Efficiently and effectively answer phones, book appointments, and check clients out after service.
Learn and work with a Point of Sales (POS) System [Zenoti] to ring up various transactions.
Educate clients about the services we provide and our membership benefits.
Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
Ensure the spa is organized and clean.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
