Job summary

Neill Corp’s Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Spa Instructor to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals.

You will coach students to meet service and retail goals using Aveda teaching methods, address challenges, and participate in instructor meetings; 2–5 years spa experience, strong presentation and communication skills are required, with Aveda knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a spa setting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Aveda product knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Passionate about learning and teaching.
