Windham Mountain Club is seeking a Spa & Gym Front Desk Associate for the winter season in Windham, NY. This in-person, part-time role starts in November, with responsibilities that create a seamless luxury guest experience.

As the first point of contact, you will welcome members, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and process transactions while maintaining a polished appearance and high service standards in a premium spa and fitness facility.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, spa, fitness, or reception experience preferred.
• Experience with booking or spa software is a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for hospitality, wellness, and guest satisfaction.

Welcome to Windham Mountain Club!

Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY.

Seasonal Position: This part time role is available for the winter season.

Pay: $18-$20 per hour based on experience

Anticipated Start Dates: The Beginning of November

Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Conditions: Must be able to get to a from work in all weather conditions. This is an indoor position.

Overview of Position:

The Spa & Gym Front Desk Associate serves as an ambassador for our luxury wellness experience, welcoming members and guests to our world-class spa and fitness facilities. This role is responsible for creating a seamless and personalized experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, service-driven, and committed to exceeding guest expectations.
