Exhale Spa at The Thompson Hotel in New York, NY is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Associate for weekends. You will greet guests, answer calls, and professionally address questions while scheduling appointments and recommending services and wellness products.

Qualifications

Must possess hospitality experience in spa, hotel, retail, and/or fitness club.
Display good organizational and verbal skills.
Possess excellent communication skills, be a team player and a team builder.
Be energetic, engaging, and eager to work and continue to develop their skills and experiences.
You must have a big heart and be able to deliver extraordinary customer service
Be punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
Be courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers and members of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Greet all incoming guests and answer phone calls in a timely manner; respond to guest questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Schedule appointments for guests and recommend additional services, classes, and wellbeing boutique products at every opportunity: On the phone, at check in, at check out.
