Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer phones.
• Book, change and cancel spa appointments.
• Check guests in/out and process payments.
• Promote spa services, treatments, and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in retail as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in guest matters.
