Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in beauty, wellness or hospitality preferred.
• Able to stand for full shifts and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest experience meets the guest process and workflow from start to finish.
• Educate guests on memberships and enhancements.
• Check guests in/out, review history, rebook future services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete daily tasks and ensure seamless spa operations.
• Demonstrate milk + honey's core values in every interaction.
