Job summary

milk + honey holdings, llc is seeking a Concierge to craft exceptional guest experiences with warmth, care, and authenticity throughout every visit, helping guests feel connected from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is warm, an active listener, and a brand ambassador.

You will greet guests, educate them on retail and memberships, check guests in/out, and coordinate scheduling to keep the spa and salon running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in beauty, wellness or hospitality preferred.
• Stand for full shifts and attend to guest needs.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and attention to detail.
• Available to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests from arrival to departure following the guest workflow.
• Educate guests on retail offerings, memberships and enhancements.
• Check-in/out guests, review history, and rebook services to keep the schedule efficient.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete daily tasks and maintain spa operations.
• Uphold milk + honey values of integrity, excellence, kindness, inclusiveness, and connection.
