Job summary

Wind Creek Atmore is seeking a Spa Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with reservations and check-in, and support spa operations on the male side. You will handle payments, cross-sell retail, and ensure rooms and facilities stay clean and inviting.

The role requires excellent communication, a minimum of six months in retail customer service, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months retail customer service experience (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to comprehend instructions.
• Must be able to type 20 words per minute and pass typing test.
• Must be able to lift/carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with reservations and check-in.
• Process payments for services and retail items accurately.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and stock supplies; prepare male spa area.
• Conduct facility tours and describe spa amenities to guests.
• Open/close shifts according to SOPs and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
