Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant to ensure guestrooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained according to brand standards. You will prepare rooms, handle amenities, and assist guests with a friendly, professional approach.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, is at least 19, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Prior hotel experience is a plus, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or currently enrolled with GED within six months.
• Must be nineteen (19) years of age or older.
• Good verbal communication skills required (skills test will be administered) - required.
• Six months’ experience as a room attendant in a hotel/resort is preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel for training if needed.
• Must have a Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Projects a positive image and greets all guests.
• Cleans guest rooms and maintains cleanliness/resources per policy.
• Re-stocks guestroom amenities and tidies storage areas.
• Segregates dirty linen and handles lost-and-found items.
• Disseminates information to guests about property and promotions.
• Performs turndown service on second shift.
• Operates routine maintenance on vacuum cleaners.
• Works safely by following rules and wearing proper equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
