Job summary

Spavia Fishers is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee daily spa operations, staff supervision, guest service, sales and marketing, and financial management.

The role focuses on delivering a five-star guest experience in a luxury setting, building relationships with members, and upholding high standards of service.

You will lead scheduling, payroll, training, and performance assessments while driving membership growth and revenue through team leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant licenses plus management experience.
• Proven experience in managing spa/beauty/fitness/hospitality teams.
• Successful track record in sales, memberships, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff including therapists and front desk.
• Create and manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and memberships.
• Oversee budgeting, KPI tracking, and financial performance of the spa.
