No spa experience is required; if you have worked in customer service, retail, or hospitality, youve got the foundation, and we will train you on the rest.

Qualifications

• Customer service background and foundation in front-desk or guest-facing roles.
• Comfort with retail or hospitality experience helps though not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and make them feel taken care of
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
• Learn our menu and recommend the right service for each client
• Talk to clients about memberships and hit monthly goals
• Share current promotions and keep the front desk clean and stocked
• Handle filing and other day-to-day tasks
