Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fleming Island, FL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet clients, check in, schedule appointments, and promote memberships. You will work with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations and help maintain a welcoming lobby.

A background in customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced spa environment is preferred; scheduling or POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet membership/retail goals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software or POS systems a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule and manage appointments using spa booking software.
• Promote and sell spa memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with excellent customer service.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Coordinate with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
