Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Spa Reception Attendant to manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to members and guests. You will coordinate reservations, greet guests, and support spa, salon, and fitness services while reporting to the Spa & Fitness Manager.

The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year relative receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fitness, aquatics, salon, and spa standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in an energetic and friendly fashion, per BlueStar protocol.
• Schedule reservations for personal training sessions or fitness programs.
• Maintain daily opening/closing procedures for Spa & Fitness Center.
• MonitorClub and fitness rules and enforce them.
• Enter member profiles and conduct member orientation for equipment use.
• Sell retail and fitness passes; handle cash and card transactions with accurate charges.
