Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL, seeks a Spa Receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage bookings, and support daily spa operations. This on-site, hourly position offers an incentive plan on spa services and retail commissions, along with standard benefits.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year spa or hospitality experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Book4Time and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or related field.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Book4Time preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at 8:15am to set up computer, relaxation room, and locker rooms.
• Unlock the Spa front door at 8:45am.
• Schedule appointments in our scheduling software.
• Answer the phone throughout the day.
• Greet guests as they enter the spa.
• Check guests in, complete consultation forms, and process payments.
• Communicate with Spa Therapists regarding appointments and guest info.
• Maintain spa areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Close the day by securing cash receipts and locking doors.
