Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa in Ridgefield, CT, is seeking a part-time Front Desk teammate who is energetic, friendly, and dedicated. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, processing payments, and supporting clinicians in the medspa environment.

You will help educate patients on skin care products, manage front-of-house operations, and assist with basic room setup and product sales while upholding high standards of cleanliness and patient care.

Qualifications

• Greeting patients and explaining services to help them choose treatments.
• Scheduling appointments and processing checkouts for medspa visits.
• Maintaining front-of-house areas and providing product knowledge.
• Cross-functional collaboration with clinical staff as needed.
• Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment rooms and equipment at the start of the day and closes rooms down at the end of day.
• Meet, greet and educate patients on skin care products and treatments.
• Schedule appointments and check out patients.
• Maintain all areas of the medspa and treatment rooms.
• Lead in the sale of products or services and answer inquiries.
• Verify patient information and obtain consents for treatments.
• Assist in preparing patients for treatments and capturing pre/post photography.
• Counsel patients with post-treatment care instructions.
• Keep supplies stocked by inventorying and placing orders.
• Ensure rooms and equipment are clean and functioning; troubleshoot when needed.
