Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Spa Front Desk Agent for the Barton Creek Resort & Spa. The role involves greeting guests, scheduling spa services, processing payments, and promoting spa and hotel services to ensure a premium guest experience.

The position requires strong hospitality skills, clear English communication, and a team-oriented approach to support both spa and retail operations. Welcome to a renowned resort recognized among Texas' top destinations.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior Spa and retail experience is preferred.
General knowledge of cash handling and Point of Sale systems is preferred.
Prior experience in a customer-oriented atmosphere, preferably in a hospitality field is required.
Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, members, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all Spa policies and procedures.
Assist guests with spa services and scheduling to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a cordial, efficient and professional demeanor at all times.
Support front desk and retail operations as needed across Omni departments.
Greet guests entering the Spa and orient them to facilities and amenities.
Promote spa, hotel and club services and handle payments at exit.
