Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations: book, modify, and cancel spa appointments accurately.
• Greet all entrants and departures; guide arriving guests
• Check-in and check-out guests; issue wristbands and process payments
• Describe spa services, packages, sessions, and schedules to callers and guests
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked, organized, and inform management of issues
