Fairmont Orchid on Hawai’i Island seeks a Spa Attendant to deliver exceptional service in our Spa Without Walls and fitness areas. You will greet guests, assist with bookings, explain facilities, and maintain pristine spa spaces while upholding Fairmont’s standards.

You will support the team with operational tasks, manage stock, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for guests and colleagues alike, embodying the aloha spirit and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• High school education required, with 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates must speak, read, and write English fluently and have basic computer skills.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to use Word/Excel are expected.
• The role is physically active and involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and uphold the Service Promise and Essentials.
• Answer phone inquiries promptly and greet guests professionally.
• Escort guests when required and provide information about spa, salon, and fitness facilities.
• Process payments, operate POS, and schedule bookings for spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions across facilities and locker rooms.
• Stock spa amenities, manage linen inventory, and report any deficiencies.
