Qualifications

• Must be professional, service oriented, accurate, gentle and work with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent personal appearance and communication skills; ability to handle stress and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Administer massage and body treatments to spa guests according to treatment outline.
• Greet guests with proper salutation and a smile.
• Assess guest needs to tailor services and products.
• Support Spa Without Walls team during peak periods, weekends and holidays.
• Explain services and products knowledgeably and thoroughly.
