Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a skilled trade position.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and service for equipment and systems throughout spa facilities.
• Carry out simple repairs to buildings or equipment as requested via work orders.
• Assist more experienced technicians with inspections or repairs.
• Monitor spa areas to ensure safe and functional use by patrons.
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports, schedules, backlog, and work orders.
• Suggest ordering maintenance parts and materials; maintain organized storage.
• Communicate via email and in person to relay information to shifts and maintenance team.
