Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa - Indianapolis in Carmel, IN is seeking a Spa Coordinator/Key Holder to lead the guest experience from arrival to checkout. You open, greet, guide services, and mentor team members while maintaining flawless front-of-house operations.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction through personalized service, suggest treatments and retail, and resolve issues with composure. This part-time role offers growth toward management and a pathway to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and handling payments.
• Polished people skills and the ability to get along with coworkers and customers.
• Available for part-time hours including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Reliable transportation to our location.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the spa, ensuring everything is perfect for guests and the next shift.
• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through our signature experience (robes, sandals, relaxation room, tea).
• Book appointments, recommend services, and help guests find exactly what they need.
• Suggest enhancements and retail products that genuinely improve the guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with grace, turning problems into loyalty.
• Support and guide newer front desk team members during your shifts.
• Keep the front of house running smoothly when management isn't on-site.
