Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a Spa Coordinator to deliver 5-star guest services, manage front and back-of-house operations, and act as the first and last impression for spa guests. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on property guests.

• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily.
• Ensure spa areas meet Blackberry Farm standards and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Assist in stocking towels, linens, and spa-related items.
• Oversee daily billing and reconciliation after treatments.
• Greet guests and provide spa tours of facilities.
• Open and close spa operations and support inventory management.
