Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Dallas is seeking a spa attendant to assist guests with arrival and departure from the spa, while maintaining cleanliness of the Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area. You will help ensure towels, robes, and sheets are stocked for guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push carts up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; adapt communication to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Stock locker room with appropriate amenities such as towels and robes.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Make sure glass doors & mirrors are clean.
• Ensure guests have been given the robes, towels, slippers and more that will enhance their experience.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
