Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned rooms to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Verify and visually inspect all rooms daily, including vacant maintenance (VM) and vacant ready (VR).
• Recheck all rooms at departure times and report room status to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Report maintenance needs to Engineering or Housekeeping Supervisor for timely repairs.
• Enter guest rooms politely and communicate with guests.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day operations.
• Turn in keys and cart at end of shift.
• Report lost and found items to Lost and Found department.
