Job summary

Highgate Hotels at The Joule Dallas, TX is seeking a spa attendant to maintain a pristine spa and fitness area in line with brand standards. You will greet guests, ensure cleanliness, restock supplies, and guide guests through the facility with a courteous attitude.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior customer service experience is preferred. Shift work may include weekends/holidays, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent/work experience.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Shift work including weekends/holidays possible.
• Standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa/fitness area, locker rooms, and pool area.
• Restock linens in locker rooms and guest areas.
• Escort guests to changing areas and provide facility orientation.
• Assist in monthly inventory of spa supplies and communicate facility details to members and guests.
• Follow sustainability guidelines (Earth View) and safety procedures; report issues to management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested by leadership.
