Kohler Waters Spa is seeking a friendly and skilled Esthetician to join our Chicago spa team. This part-time, onsite role focuses on delivering exceptional guest care, maintaining spa standards, and promoting retail skincare products.

You will operate in a dynamic environment, collaborate with colleagues, and support special events while upholding Forbes and Kohler standards. Applicants must hold a valid Esthetics license for IL or WI, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Esthetics license for Illinois or Wisconsin required.
• Prior spa experience preferred.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spa services and amenities; adhere to SOPs.
• Support achieving retail sales goals through guest education on at-home care.
• Complete ongoing training and participate in Kohler Waters Spa events.
