Job summary

Kohler Waters Spa is seeking a part-time Esthetician to join our onsite Kohler, WI team. You will deliver high-quality spa services, maintain pristine treatment rooms, and uphold professional standards while supporting guest satisfaction and sales goals.

Shifts run weekdays and weekends from 8:00am–8:00pm. Candidates should have a Wisconsin esthetics license and spa experience, with Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, or HydraFacial a plus. Competitive commission and tips offered.

Qualifications

• Current and valid State of Wisconsin Esthetics License.
• 3–6 years industry experience, preferably in spa settings.
• Prior spa environment experience is preferred.
• Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Use proper spa terminology and uphold uniform/grooming standards.
• Know spa services and safety procedures; follow SOPs.
• Support sales by educating guests on at-home care and retail.
• Participate in special event treatments and other duties as assigned.
