White Lodging seeks an Esthetician to deliver exceptional spa services and create a relaxing, personalized guest experience at our Austin-area hotels. You will perform facials, waxing, threading, and makeup applications, while maintaining knowledge of all spa offerings and staying current on skincare procedures.

The role requires a valid cosmetology license and state certifications, with opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction and spa excellence in a premium hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Fulfill the needs of guests by understanding their goals and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Provide the highest standard of facials, waxing treatments, threading, and makeup applications in accordance with established procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the most current and emerging skincare procedures and treatments.
• Maintain expert product and service knowledge with complete understanding of all spa services offered.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in threading, waxing, and facial services.
• Up-to-date licensing and certifications as required by state regulations.
