Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Esthetician to provide all esthetic services for spa guests and members. You will document medical histories, services performed, skin analysis and product recommendations in the Spa Computer System.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, selecting appropriate treatments, performing services per training, maintaining client notes, and promoting wellness while safeguarding client information.

Qualifications

• Current state cosmetology or Esthetician's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in esthetics.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest esthetic industry techniques, equipment, services, and products.
• Willing to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, fellow therapists, and sales staff.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push carts up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Good dexterity in fingers, wrists, and hands with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Overview
