Job summary

Massage Heights in the Atlanta area seeks a dynamic leader to grow the member base and lead a team of therapists and staff. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retreat environment.

You will supervise operations, drive revenue, manage inventory, and hire/train staff while building community partnerships to promote Massage Heights in your area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years membership-based sales and service.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws; local licensing for therapists helpful.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and mentor staff.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Financial and P&L experience.

• Growing member base month-over-month.

Schedule/Expected Work Hours

• Able to work some weekends, evenings, holidays, and 40 hours is required

Responsibilities

• Growing member base month-over-month
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team sales goals
• Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent
• Effectively create and manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
• Set individual team member and overall Retreat sales goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals

• Dedicate time to work the floor to provide your team with in-the-moment coaching
• Plan, prepare, and execute events to promote Massage Heights in your area
• Develop partnerships with local businesses in your area
