Massage Heights - Dallas Lakewood is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a busy Retreat, drive revenue, and uphold brand standards while mentoring a growing team.

You will hire and train staff, schedule shifts, coach on the floor, and ensure exceptional guest service. This role requires flexibility for varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in membership-based service or retail management.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees.
• Leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws; local/state licensing for therapists/estheticians helpful.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop positive relationships to mentor and discipline.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Financial and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Retreat operations, driving revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Create and manage team member schedules for daily operations.
• Set goals and plans; convert plans into action to meet/exceed goals.
• Lead by example and coach on the floor.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching on the floor to the team.
• Create an environment focused on supreme guest service.
• Build guest loyalty by following Massage Heights operating system.
• Support brand mission, values, and strategies in the region.
• Plan, prepare, and execute local events to promote Massage Heights.
• Conduct marketing activities to drive leads.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability to managing inventory, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift

• Set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
