Job summary

Georgia Spa Company is seeking a Delivery Crew Member to join our team, delivering hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and related items to customers, coordinating with sales and service teams.

You will drive a vehicle and trailer, assist with installation, complete delivery checklists, and maintain professional appearance and customer interaction in line with Georgia Spa Company standards. This role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, forklift training, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Physical labor including heavy lifting and manual work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Forklift training or certification preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales and service teams to deliver value and satisfaction.
• Communicate technical issues and spa care information as needed.
• Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation.
• Record delivery checklist results for all jobs.
• Diagnose installation spa issues and propose solutions.
• Drive vehicle and trailer including gooseneck trailer as necessary.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and keep vehicles in good condition.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction to Georgia Spa Company standards.

Minimum Requirements, No Experience Necessary

Delivery Crew Member is part of a team that delivers hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, accessories, grills and other products sold through the retail stores. Crew Members will also assist with tasks and responsibilities as assigned to the operations delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work/communicate with our sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.
• Communicate technical issues and spa care information, as needed
• Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation
• Record delivery checklist results for all jobs
• Assist to diagnosis installation spa issues and solutions
• Drive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer), as necessary
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standards
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction to Georgia Spa Company standards

Requirements:

• HEAVY LIFTING
• Driver’s License
• Forklift trained and capable
• Able to deliver and install all hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and accessories
• DOT Driver medical card and physical (GSC pays for card if obtained)
• Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance
• Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Maintain Georgia Spa Company standards in compliance with the company employee manual
