Job summary

Leslie's Poolmart Inc. is seeking a Spa Delivery Driver to assist with pulling, loading, and delivering hot tubs and merchandise on a daily schedule, working closely with the Hot Tub Delivery Supervisor and supporting warehouse tasks on return.

You will ensure timely deliveries to customer locations while providing excellent onsite service. The role requires safe operation of delivery vehicles, adherence to safety practices, and the ability to lift heavy items (100+ pounds) with provided

Qualifications

• Heavy merchandise handling or labor experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Forklift experience is a plus; in-house certification provided.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and detail during deliveries and warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, load, and unload hot tubs and merchandise according to delivery schedules.
• Assist with e-commerce shipments and warehouse organization.
• Support projects that contribute to company growth.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles and secure merchandise for transport.
• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving and staging merchandise.
• Lift and maneuver heavy items (spas 100+ pounds) using provided equipment, dollies, and tools.
• Work in varying environments, including temperature fluctuations, dust, and noise.
• Stock and retrieve merchandise from various heights using ladders, stairs, or forklifts as needed.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings during deliveries and warehouse operations.
