Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa in Indiana is seeking an experienced Spa Coordinator and Keyholder to join our front desk team. You will act as Manager on Duty when leadership is unavailable, oversee appointment flow, resolve guest concerns, and mentor new hospitality staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or keyholder experience.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, natural leader to join our front desk team as a Spa Keyholder. This role goes beyond front desk basics — you'll serve as Manager on Duty when the Spa Director, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager are absent or unavailable, resolve guest concerns, and help train the next generation of hospitality talent, all while building toward a management career with Woodhouse.

What You'll Do

• Perform all front desk and guest service duties at an advanced level

• Resolve guest complaints and elevate when appropriate

• Support new hire training

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience
• Demonstrated leadership or keyholder experience
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like

• Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
• Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
• Confidently managing the floor as Manager on Duty
• Mentoring new hospitality hires successfully
