Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and respond to requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer phones, book spa services, manage scheduling, and maintain guest records in the spa database.
• Assist guests in navigating their appointments and facility amenities.
• Sell spa services and retail products; process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk, retail area, spa, fitness center, pool, and locker rooms.
• Perform hourly facility rounds, restock towels and robes, and replenish locker room products.
• Confirm group details one week in advance.
• Attend department meetings and support Spa Management as needed.

Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
