Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, owner of Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA, is seeking a friendly guest services host to welcome guests, manage seating in the restaurant, and support a fast-paced dining room in the evenings and on weekends. Responsibilities include greeting guests, monitoring available tables, estimating wait times, answering phones, taking reservations, and coordinating large-party seating.

This role offers a posted compensation of $17.13 per hour plus tips, with equal opportunity

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
• Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
• Estimating wait times for guests and monitoring the guest waiting list
• Ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
• Answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.
