Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Spa Coordinator to welcome guests, check in spa guests, schedule appointments, and maintain pristine spa facilities in a luxury setting.

You will act as a liaison between guests, spa management and other resort departments, delivering exceptional service and supporting a positive work environment for spa staff with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Presents a caring, warm demeanor with a true desire to satisfy guests in a luxury environment.
• Must respond to guest needs and adhere to company standards.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, especially MS Office.
• Experience with Book4Time is a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is recruiting a Spa Coordinator to join our team. An art-deco building and architectural landmark is home to the newest luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach. Opening in early 2025, the property boasts 287 guestrooms including 64 breathtaking suites and the ONLY Ocean-view arrival experience in Miami Beach. The design features elements of texture, art, and pops of color that create a unique and captivating experience. Each suite is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, most with deep-soaking tubs, and cozy reading nooks. Guests can also enjoy private outdoor terraces with stunning views of the Atlantic and the Miami skyline. Unmatched amenities include a full-service spa, a well-equipped fitness center, a destination dining experience by José Andrés, two pools, and a Beach Club catering to the who’s who of Miami.

Position Summary

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for checking in guests at our Spa, scheduling and managing appointments and maintaining cleanliness of the spa facility including locker rooms, quiet lounge and pool deck.Acting as a liaison between guests, spa management and other departments of the resort when necessary. The Spa Coordinator must provide quality guest service experience and maintain a positive work environment for spa staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to respond to individual guest needs and adhere to company standards as written in the employee handbook.
• Must possess attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
• Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Book4Time a plus.
• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
• Display professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done.
