Job summary

MassageLuxe is seeking a friendly, energetic front-desk focused associate to grow member sign-ups and deliver excellent customer service. You will greet guests, enroll new members, and support referral programs while maintaining records in MassageLuxe systems.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, with preference for spa/fitness industry familiarity. Weekend availability is required, and you will work closely with therapists to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Spa, salon or fitness industry experience helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enrolls new members.
• Greets members and guests warmly to create a positive environment.
• Manages referral program and follows up with prospects.
• Handles telephone inquiries and follow-up calls for member care.
• Maintains accurate records in MassageLuxe systems.
• Onboards new members to ensure a great first impression.
• Collaborates with massage therapists and estheticians to fulfill processes.
• Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING!
• Enrolls new members.
• Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive environment
• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
• Maintains accurate records using established MassageLuxe systems
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients (lead nurturing)
• Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
• Has exceptional customer service with a friendly disposition
• Properly onboard new members to create an amazing first impression and experience.
• Works closely with massage therapist and esthetician team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
• Shifts are a mixture of days, nights, and weekends
