Purpose

As a Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression for each guest who enters the spa, making you a critical team member in delivering service that exceeds expectations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest's experience is memorable and enjoyable from start to finish.

Responsibilities

The Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, and managing guest flow throughout the spa daily. You will prepare beverages for guests before, during, and after services, and work closely with providers to ensure guests are comfortable and on schedule. Adherence to standards set in the Team Member Handbook and Operations Manual is essential, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.

Role Specifications

• Being a steward of the Woodhouse brand.
• Supporting the spa’s manager, therapists, and guests.
• Providing a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Answering calls, scheduling appointments, offering service recommendations, and processing payments.
• Collaborating with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales, including scheduling future appointments and promoting products.
• Educating guests about the Woodhouse experience, amenities, and products.
• Remembering small details that make the experience special, such as guest preferences and personal information.
• Working weekends and some holidays.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
• Flexibility to adapt to change.
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting.
• Leadership experience or front-office operations background.
• Ability to meet sales goals and initiatives.
