Purpose

As a Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression for each guest who enters the spa, making you a critical team member in delivering service that exceeds expectations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest's experience is memorable and enjoyable from start to finish.

Responsibilities

The Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, and managing guest flow through the spa. They prepare beverages for guests before, during, and after services, and work closely with providers to ensure guests are comfortable and on schedule. The role involves adhering to standards set in the Team Member Handbook and Operations Manual, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.

Role Specifications

• Being a steward of the Woodhouse brand.
• Serving as primary support for the spa’s manager, therapists, and guests.
• Ensuring every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience.
• Answering calls, scheduling appointments, providing service recommendations, and processing payments.
• Partnering with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales by scheduling next appointments and promoting products.
• Educating guests about the Woodhouse experience, amenities, and products.
• Driving service and retail sales by educating guests on products and services.
• Remembering small details that make the spa special, like guest preferences and personal information.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining professionalism.
• Flexibility to adapt to change management.
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting.
• Leadership experience or front-office operations background.
• Ability to meet sales goals and initiatives.
